Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is successfully confirmed. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information, allowing you to monitor your delivery.

Standard shipping starts at €4.99 for the first item. For each additional item in the same order, the shipping fee increases by €1.00. The final shipping cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Estimated delivery time is generally 5–10 business days, depending on your location and local courier service. For certain destinations, delivery may take approximately 7–14 business days.

Every order placed with Kithenify includes tracking information where available. Your tracking number will be provided once your order is dispatched, allowing you to follow the progress of your shipment.

For international shipments, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. Customs processing times are outside of our control.

Please note that all delivery times are estimates. Occasional delays may occur due to holidays, weather conditions, customs inspections, or courier-related issues.
